Day Two
Early risers set out for a mountain walk, while some opted for coffee or extra sleep. The first session began at 10:30 am. By 3 pm, filming equipment was distributed, and it was time for location scouting and wardrobe choices. The evening featured a festive meal and more get-to-know-you games, fostering wonderful conversation and, of course, more laughter.
Day Three
This was filming day, and our statistic showed that 180 videos were shot simultaneously, all in one day. Most of the ladies finished all of their filming on this day; a few with longer courses carried it into the next day. But all in all, from a producer's view, we got some work done. As promised, we got busy on retreats and completed products. However, we still made some time for fun in the evening.
Day Four
Now that we've filmed our online course, it's time for the fun stuff – marketing and sales. It's one thing to build the content; it's another to build the marketing and sales funnel. It was a great session of marketing, branding, and working out pricing and the offer. After the retreat, our tech team puts together the ladies' courses and funnels for them, but the retreaters stayed in the driver's seat for design and messaging.
Day Five
The last day was still a full day of seminar, drilling sales, and discovering how to create more marketing products that will draw the most amount of attention. We had a guest speaker—a Social Media Mogul—who taught all of us the best practices. Then it was a goodbye for now!
